Transport companies (paid on the web panel)

Company payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle.

• Cancel at any time: on the web panel, payment page, "stop the package". The package stays active until the end of the paid period, and there are no further charges.
• Full refund within 14 days: if you ask within 14 days of the package's first payment, we refund the full amount paid.
• After 14 days: no partial refund for a month already started. After cancelling, the package does not renew.
• A wrong or double charge is refunded in full.

How to ask for a refund: email axel8888.app@gmail.com with the company name and the order number from Paddle's receipt, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Private drivers (in-app purchases)

A private driver's subscription and receipt packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by them under their policies: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through its refund page. Cancel the subscription in the store's subscription settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer's right to cancel under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
