1. Who we are

AXEL8888, the app for drivers and the web panel for companies, is operated by AXEL8888 ("we"). Contact: axel8888.app@gmail.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

• An app for truck drivers: photograph and keep delivery and weighing notes, read their details automatically, search, export Excel and photos, and submit a monthly register.
• A web panel for transport companies: the company's drivers and their receipts, reports by truck or driver, monthly approvals and payment.

3. Accounts

• A driver signs up in the app with a phone number, as a private driver or with a company's invite code. Company accounts are opened by us.
• You are responsible for correct details, for keeping your password safe, and for all activity in your account.
• A company is responsible for the drivers who join it and for the information it adds or changes.

4. Automatic reading

Details are read from the photo automatically and may contain mistakes. The driver must check them before saving, and the company must check registers before approving them. We are not liable for damage caused by wrong details that were not checked.

5. Prices and payment

Current prices are published at axel8888.com.

• Transport companies: a monthly package by the maximum number of drivers (5, 10, 20 or 50), plus a fixed monthly price for each active driver. Paid by card on the web panel and renewed automatically every month until cancelled; each renewal charges the drivers active at that time. A driver added beyond the places already paid in the current month is charged the full driver price at once (no partial months). A driver who leaves frees their place for another driver in the same month at no extra charge. When changing package, the difference in the package price is prorated by the days left in the month. New companies get a 7-day free trial.
• Private drivers: a free trial of 7 days or 25 receipts, whichever comes first, then a monthly subscription; extra receipt packs for a truck for the current month can be bought. Purchases are made in the app through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled in the store.
• Each truck can have up to 175 receipts a month; packs add more.
• A price change applies from the next charge, after notice.

Our order process for companies is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns.

6. Cancellation

• A company can stop its package at any time on the web panel, on the payment page. The package stays active until the end of the paid period, and there are no further charges.
• A private driver cancels in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, upload content unrelated to work, try to access others' information or harm the service, or hand your account to someone else. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Your information

Receipts and photos belong to the driver and their company. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export Excel files and photos at any time, and delete your account.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available and the data backed up, but there may be maintenance breaks and failures. We may update and improve the service.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the 3 months before the event. Nothing here limits rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

The updated version will be published on this page with its date. We will give notice of material changes.
